Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Customizations or bulk orders may take longer (we’ll notify you in such cases).

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–9 working days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 working days

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹499
Flat rate of ₹49 for orders below ₹499
Special promotions or coupon codes may alter this temporarily.

4. Tracking & Notifications

You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once shipped. Delays due to logistics partners are beyond our control, but we’ll assist you with resolution.

5. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect/incomplete address, the buyer bears the cost of re-shipping. We will hold the returned package for 7 days. If no communication is received, the order is forfeited.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If the package is delayed beyond 14 business days, contact us with your order number. In cases of confirmed lost shipments, we will offer a free replacement or store credit at our discretion.
