Due to the nature of our products (custom, small-batch, design-based stickers), we follow a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy once the order has been placed. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
- The product is received in a damaged condition
- The product is defective (e.g., missing print, torn sheet)
- You received the wrong item compared to your order
- The package was never delivered and returned to us
All claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery, with:
- Clear photos of the package and item
- Your order number and full name
- A description of the issue

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Delays caused by courier partners or natural disruptions
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Slight color variations due to screen calibration differences
- Minor design variances inherent to hand-designed products
If approved, refunds will be issued:
- Within 5–7 business days
- Via the original method of payment or store credit
- We reserve the right to choose the method based on the situation
To prevent misuse, we reserve the right to deny future refunds if multiple refund or complaint requests are made without reasonable cause.
